Export packing should make the received product easy to identify, count and inspect. The right carton plan helps prevent mixed-SKU errors and protects finished surfaces during handling and container transit.
Protect the product first
Products with machined or polished surfaces need suitable individual protection. Keep sealing elements with the correct item: a SUS304 press-fit equal tee and a press-fit elbow should remain traceable to their matching seal and system data.
Make cartons auditable
Confirm SKU name, size, material, quantity, gross weight, net weight and destination mark. Mixed materials such as a PPR threaded adapter and PVC-U reducing bushing should not rely on colour alone for identification.
