A useful plumbing assortment is not simply a longer product list. Brass, stainless steel, PPR, CPVC and PVC-U fittings serve different connection methods and operating contexts, so buyers should group products around compatible systems.
Start with connection families
Threaded service parts can include a brass 90-degree elbow, reducing coupling and compression connector. These should be specified by thread form and sealing method, not just by appearance.
Keep press and fusion systems separate
A SUS304 press-fit equal tee uses a different installation system from a PPR 90-degree elbow or CPVC equal coupling. Present those families clearly so customers do not mix incompatible components.
